    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line five, following the word “authorized” by inserting the following:

    “with the following amendment: on page one, subsection 1.1., line four, following the words “for the West Virginia Supreme Court”, by striking the words “election in 2012" and inserting in lieu thereof the word “elections”; and

    On page four, subdivision 2.1.po., line twelve, by redesignating the subdivision as 2.1.o.”.
